What does a sound massage session look like?

Breath, the bridge between body and mind

Every session begins with breath. Breath is life itself, it shapes your energy, your emotions, your cellular vitality.
Together, we’ll practise special breathing techniques to prepare your body to receive the vibrations of the bowls. As we breathe, we’ll meet each other’s gaze, a simple yet profound way to build trust and a warm human connection. It’s natural to feel a little shy at first, but this quickly softens into ease.
With each mindful breath, you’ll feel stress begin to melt away, opening the door to deeper healing.

 

Binaural beats, gentle brainwave guidance

Next, you’ll recline comfortably on your back. I’ll place soft headphones over your ears. Through them, you’ll hear delicate, rhythmic frequencies – binaural beats – that guide your brain from alertness into deeper states of calm. It’s like a gentle invitation to pause the outside world for a while. Some people feel this shift almost immediately, for others, it unfolds gradually, like slipping into a warm bath.

 

The first sounds, aromatherapy & Tibetan bowls

With your eyes closed, you’ll inhale the soothing aroma of pure essential oils or natural incense. A cosy blanket can help you feel even safer and more held.
Then, around you, Tibetan singing bowls and a gong will begin to sound. Each tone is allowed to linger fully into silence, that mysterious place where sound meets stillness.

 

Sequences, listening with your whole body

At first, you’ll notice how your ears hear the tones. But soon, something deeper happens: your whole body starts to listen. We begin with relaxing sequences that quiet your nervous system. As your body softens, it becomes more receptive to the subtle language of vibration.
Then come balancing sequences, designed to harmonise your entire system. Finally, carefully chosen patterns activate your body’s own self-healing processes, enriched by the silvery chime of tingsha bells. Many people drift into sleep at this stage, a sign that the mind has fully let go.

 

Experiencing the vibrations of life

Now we go deeper. The rich, complex sound of the gong washes through you, stirring deep currents of energy. Tibetan bowls will be placed directly on your body and gently sounded. You’ll feel their vibrations travel through muscles, organs, and bones, releasing tension and awakening vitality. Different bowls, different notes, each selected and moved across your body in a unique choreography of healing.

Some sequences are designed to clear negative patterns and emotional residues. Others specifically release accumulated stress. Depending on how your body responds, I may place bowls on your hands and feet, or select special bowls to rest on your chest.

At this stage, you’ll hear something new: the bowls’ pure singing. Some will hold crystals that amplify their subtle effects. Your energy is then ready for two final sequences: one clears any lingering negativity and refreshes your aura, the other fills you with love, abundance, and the vibration of all that is good for you.

 

Vibrational alignment with health

To complete your journey, I’ll use a 528 Hz tuning fork and delicate chimes, guiding your system into a state of gentle, vibrant harmony. You’ll slowly return, meeting your renewed self: clearer, lighter, deeply aligned with health.
