Step into a sanctuary where yoga meets sound. The Yoga & Sound Journey invites you to soften, release, and reconnect with your inner calm through a unique combination of Iyengar-inspired yoga and immersive sound therapy.
Guided by certified Iyengar yoga teacher Katarzyna Dmytrasz, you’ll move through a gentle flow designed to release tension, improve posture, and cultivate presence.
From movement into stillness, you’ll be carried into a deeply restorative sound bath with Izabela Strzelecka and Anna Szalska. Tibetan bowls, gong, and therapeutic instruments weave vibrations that soothe the nervous system and invite profound relaxation.
Together, yoga and sound create a synergy that grounds the body, softens the mind, and opens the heart to stillness and renewal.
This journey offers a chance to release both physical and emotional tension, gently restore balance within the nervous system, and deepen your sense of presence and self-connection. It is an invitation to experience relaxation on every level: body, mind, and essence.
Bring a soft blanket, pillow, and wear comfortable clothing. (We provide yoga mats, so you only need to bring what keeps you cosy.)

Katarzyna is a dedicated yoga teacher whose practice draws from the Iyengar tradition, with deep attention to alignment, breath, and precision. She blends elegance and clarity in movement, guiding both newcomers and seasoned practitioners in exploring the body’s edge with safety and presence. Her teachings invite students to cultivate strength, openness, and ease, creating space for the body to release tension and the posture to become a foundation for rest and inner awareness.

Izabela is a counsellor and psychologist in training, sound therapist and naturopathic practitioner who blends ancient sound practices with modern psychology. Her work is grounded in compassion, trauma-informed care, and a deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom. With years of experience guiding groups and individual sound sessions, she creates spaces where people can gently reconnect with themselves and explore healing beyond words.

Anna is a psychosocial counsellor with a long-standing passion for mind-body practices. Trained in relaxation techniques, mindfulness and positive psychology, she combines professional knowledge with lived experience of supporting neurodiversity. Her calm, thoughtful approach brings a safe and nurturing presence to every session, inviting participants to explore deep rest and emotional balance.
