It is a gentle yet profound journey beyond the mind into the sacred chambers of your being.
We will travel along the sounds of ancient instruments: Tibetan singing bowls, the deep, primal call of the gong, delicate tingsha and ethereal chimes. Sound therapy with these sacred instruments is as old as Himalayan monasteries, yet now studied in hospitals for its power to calm the nervous system, lower cortisol levels, and bring the heart into rhythmic harmony.
But beyond what science measures lies a deeper mystery. This journey do not simply relaxes you, it reorganises you. The sound vibrations travel through skin and muscle, find their way to bone and marrow, and whisper to the very DNA coiled in your cells, awakening a memory of wholeness your body never forgot.
Through heart-mind meditation, tender breath and gentle guidance, we will invite the restless mind to rest in the cradle of the heart. Modern science speaks of the heart’s vast intelligence, its powerful electromagnetic field, its quiet knowing. Ancient traditions always knew: when the heart and mind align, intuition sharpens, stress dissolves, and our entire being remembers how to truly live.
We will also honour the Dantian, our energy centre, the wellspring of vitality, creativity, and inner stability. When this centre is awakened and fed by vibration, you become anchored and quietly powerful, less shaken by life’s storms, more at ease in your own skin.
Each participant is asked to arrive holding a wish or tender dream, something their heart longs to call into being. As the bowls, gong, tingsha and chimes weave their resonant tapestry around you, your wish will be gently carried into subtle realms where it may take root and begin to blossom.
You will be given a bottle of water that will rest among the instruments, absorbing the sacred frequencies throughout the ceremony. This water becomes a living elixir, infused with vibration and intention, so your cells can continue to receive the medicine of sound long after the instruments fall silent.
Bring a soft blanket, pillow, and wear comfortable clothing. (We provide yoga mats, so you only need to bring what keeps you cosy.)
If your heart is called but your wallet whispers no, reach out! We honour the principle of sacred exchange and trust there is always a way.
