1. About Us

Awoken Mind is a wellness and personal growth brand offering events such as sound ceremonies, workshops, and other holistic experiences, as well as select products (digital and physical) via our online store.

 

2. Ordering & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed securely via Stripe. Payment must be completed at checkout to secure your booking or purchase. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

 

3. Event Bookings (Sound Ceremonies, Workshops)

  • Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to preserve the experience for others.
  • We reserve the right to make minor changes to the event programme, timing or facilitators, if necessary.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Events:

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event and we may be able to transfer your booking to another date or allow you to gift your spot to someone else.

Products:

If you purchase a physical product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your expense. Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download has started.

 

5. Customer Accounts

You may create an account to view your orders and manage your details. Please keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

 

6. Health & Responsibility

Our events are intended to support wellbeing but do not replace medical or psychological treatment. Please consult your doctor if you have any health concerns before attending. By participating, you accept responsibility for your own physical and mental wellbeing.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (texts, images, videos, event recordings) is owned by Awoken Mind. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

 

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled with care in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to process your orders.

 

9. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our site or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
