Meditation is a very powerful tool. It helps to centre the body, calm the mind and find balance. You can do it yourself – in a traditional way (sitting alone in silence) or by combining it with movement (e.g. performing daily activities such as cooking dinner, washing up dishes or walking).
Guided meditation often helps us deal with problems, fears, addictions, and phobias and go through tough times in our life (including traumas). The ‘inner child’ meditation and hypnotherapy are especially powerful – they change our subconsciousness for the better in a very effective way, making our life easier.
